Bij Q-salsarotterdam ism Ketelbinkie kun je in een veilige omgeving salsa dansen. We zijn een multicultureel team en bieden lessen voor de LHBTI community en allies.
We dansen gender vrij d.w.z. we richten ons op de rolverdeling "leider en volger" en niet naar de rolverdeling man/vrouw.
Wat is Q-Salsa?
Bij Q-salsa dansen we de salsa genaamd salsa caleña. Dit is een snelle salsa die vooral in Colombia wordt gedanst. Om deze stijl goed te leren we eerst individueel de danspassen. Daarna als we de passen goed beheersen gaan we samen dansen.

Vrijdag 4 april van 19.00 – 20.00 (lesreeks van 10 lessen opeenvolgend)

Proefles
Mocht je eerst een keer willen proberen dan kun je ook eerst een proefles nemen.
Wie geeft de danslessen?
De lessen worden gegeven door Nicky Arizala uit Cali, Colombia, de wereldhoofdstad van de salsa. Arizala heeft 13 jaar aan ervaring, heeft deelgenomen aan wereldfestivals en shows en werkzaam geweest in 13 landen, zoals Turkije, Egypte, Londen. Haar artistieke opleiding volgde Arizala aan de Salsa Viva & Tango Vivo Academy in de stad Cali.

Hallo! Ik ben Ilka Antoinette Maria, oprichter van iam4coaching en organisator van Q-salsarotterdam. Mijn droom is om werk en salsa te combineren, omdat ik geloof dat dans mensen kan verbinden. Vanuit mijn werk als coach, vooral met mensen uit de queer community, zie ik hoe belangrijk een veilige werkplek is.

At Q-salsarotterdam in collaboration with Ketelbinkie you can dance salsa in a safe environment. We are a multicultural team and offer lessons for the LHBTI community and allies.
We dance gender free, i.e. we focus on the role division "leader and follower" and not on the role division man/wom
What is Q-Salsa?
At Q-salsa we dance the salsa called salsa caleña. This is a fast salsa that is mainly danced in Colombia. To learn this style well, we first do the dance steps individually. Then, when we have mastered the steps well, we will dance together.

Who gives the dance lessons?
The lessons are given by Nicky Arizala from Cali, Colombia, the world capital of salsa. Hello! I am Ilka Antoinette Maria, founder of iam4coaching and organizer of Q-salsa Rotterdam. My dream is to combine work and salsa, because I believe that dance can connect people. From my work as a coach, especially with people from the queer community, I see how important a safe workplace is.
